So much time is spent rushing from one thing to the next.  So every once in a while I remind myself to take some time to stop and feel.  To look around me and take my surroundings in. It usually surprises me to realize I’ve been avoiding negative and positive emotions alike and then I tend to feel more grateful and hopeful.
